[Remote] Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join their team working to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Staff Accountant role focuses on core data and entry-level accounting tasks while providing opportunities for growth and reputed company development reputed company a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in Xero
- Maintain investor information, investment information, and other fund metrics in FundPanel system
- Maintain legal documents including formation documents, investment documents, and other relevant client information in reputed company
- Process accounts payable on a weekly basis using reputed company.com
- Prepare intercompany invoicing process and process reimbursements
- Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax process
- Handles special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills
- 0 – 2 years of work experience or professional internships in relevant accounting roles
- Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
- Naturally resourceful, driven and have strong problem-solving skills
- Track record of being a project leader and have strong organizational skills
- Value in providing excellent customer service, being thoughtful and know the details reputed company the difference
- Working experience with reputed company and Word
- Comfortable with learning new software systems and reputed company to be someone that likes to be proficient in any system they use
- Passion for numbers and want to build your accounting career
