[Remote] reputed company Accounting Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Steely Group is seeking a reputed company Accounting Manager who will independently manage reputed company accounting activities and drive process improvements. This role involves analyzing and preparing monthly reputed company workpapers, supporting the reputed company reputed company process, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and preparation of monthly reputed company workpapers – reserves, journal entries, reputed company workbook
• Support the monthly and quarterly reputed company reputed company process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare, maintain, and update internal control documentation including process narratives and control matrices. Support internal controls testing
• Research and document appropriate FASB ASC 606 accounting treatment as needed
• Prepare and review reporting on various pricing matrices to Government entities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, and various business owners on a variety of projects
• Provide key support for the implementation of new launches (regions/products) as they reputed company with the reputed company accounting processes and systems
• Manage day-to-day transactional order-to-cash activities (e.g., AR aging, cash collections, cash applications) to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, SOX controls, and external audit
• Other reputed company projects as needed

Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a significant focus on reputed company recognition (ASC 606)
• Recent and significant experience at a publicly traded company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements, specifically as they relate to reputed company and receivables
• Proven ability to manage and execute a reputed company monthly/quarterly reputed company process
• Advanced computer system skills (e.g., Office, reputed company, Power BI)
• Ability to analyze data and identify significant trends
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, strong spoken and written English
• Demonstrated experience in a technical accounting role reputed company the Life Science, Biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
• Previous experience working at Big 4 accounting firm / CPA preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
