[Remote] Senior Product Manager

This role involves driving the development of digital products for healthcare providers, payers, and patients while ensuring compliance and scalability, and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Apply familiarity with clinical workflows and terminology
- Navigate clinical frameworks and translate them into product requirements
- Account for patient safety and data privacy concerns (PHI)
- Maintain a working understanding of HIPAA and other compliance standards
- Align product vision with business goals and market needs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field
- 4–6 years of relevant product management experience
- Proficiency with AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management
- Proven track record launching and iteratively improving digital products
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance)
- Experience in agile environments managing product backlogs in tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics, reputed company)
- Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy

- Willingness to travel up to 30%
