Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and reputed company a team of BI engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional growth and reputed company development
• reputed company and implement the BI strategy, aligning with the organization’s business objectives and driving improvements in data analysis and reporting capabilities

• Work closely with data engineering, data product managers, and other stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a reputed company field
• 6+ years of experience in BI engineering or reputed company roles
• 2+ years in a managerial or team reputed company position
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing projects using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
