Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, orders, returns, and service requests
- Resolve customer complaints with patience, reputed company, and a problem-solving reputed company
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
