[Remote] Part-Time Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a recruiting company looking for a part-time Data Analyst for a contract position. The role involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources, creating reports, and supporting business units in interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data from multiple sources (including payer claims, EMR and other administrative and clinical data sources) for the development of reports and statistical information
• Possesses a foundational understanding of the underlying business, creates accurate business requirement specifications, and communicates details of the project plan and reputed company state
• Participates in the quality review of data sources
• Submits reports and recommendations to the requesting business unit
• Supports and helps the requesting business unit interpret results from the analysis and corresponding reports
• Assist with system migration from Echo to Credential reputed company
• Data movement and validation
• Building and testing reports, especially transferring/replicating reports from Echo into Credential reputed company
• Creation of training documents and support materials
• Setup and management of user groups/permissions reputed company Credential reputed company
• Shadow and support the existing reputed company analyst and SME
• Handle bulk, more repetitive/monotonous tasks
• Possible overlap with user group lists and permissions setup
• Some multitasking required between sunset (Echo) and go-live (Credential reputed company) platforms
• Develops solutions reputed company available databases to meet the request specifications
• Recognizes outliers, anomalies and is capable of illustrating and numerating the outcomes
• Creates rapport with requestors, actively listening and encouraging them to bring forth questions
• Challenges requestor's wants to get to the -need- and establishes reasonable project expectations
• Obtains well-rounded knowledge about available data sources reputed company organization
• Builds output with both speed and accuracy
• Performs peer review for other's output

Skills

• 3 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Data validation and experience with data movement
• Adaptable to new platforms/technology
• Ability to build, modify, test reports
• Experience with user roles/permissions setup (any system - specific Credential reputed company experience not required)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Healthcare system experience (insurance or provider context is helpful, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with both credentialing operations and basic provider data nuances
• Testing experience (QA of reports and data)
• Experience with bulk/monotonous data tasks
