They are seeking a Sr. Director of Consulting Sales who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and supervision of the team to include managing staffing levels, work allocation, policy and procedure adherence, process improvement, productivity quality of work output and handling other HR administrative responsibilities

  • Manage team results through goal setting, coaching, training/development and performance management
  • Handle sales management tasks, including forecasting, contract management, reputed company negotiations, key customer relationships, etc

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience selling consulting, professional services, managed services, cloud solutions, or enterprise technology services
  • Experience selling in the public sector, higher education and/or commercial space
