They are seeking a VP of BioPharma Sales to drive growth across pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, focusing on building relationships and expanding the adoption of their platform and services.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a reputed company scientific discipline
  • 12+ years of successful sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership experience reputed company pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, CRO, precision medicine, or oncology-focused organizations
  • Demonstrated success driving commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships for reputed company scientific, technology-enabled, or data-driven solutions
  • Working knowledge of oncology drug development, clinical trials, translational medicine, biomarkers, and precision medicine
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Precision Medicine, Medical Affairs, Research, and Commercial organizations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company scientific concepts into clear business value for both scientific and executive audiences
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings, conferences, and business development activities
  • Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MS)
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing commercial talent
