Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking an Information reputed company Analyst I to monitor and address information reputed company alerts while working with customers to resolve reported issues. The role involves conducting reputed company training, improving processes, and contributing to the development of information reputed company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and addressing information reputed company alerts
- Working with customers to resolve reported issues
- Participating in efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conducting reputed company training and awareness campaigns
- Reporting on results
- Conducting remedial training
- Contributing to information reputed company policy and standards as they are developed and maintained

Skills
- 3 years of combined education and experience in computing and information reputed company
- Basic knowledge of reputed company events and alert response activities
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and find creative solutions
- Strong communication skills while troubleshooting with end-users and collaborating with peers
- General knowledge of desktop, server, application, database, network, and reputed company roles
- Demonstrate baseline knowledge of reputed company concepts
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Certifications from any of the following: ITIL, reputed company, CompTIA, EC-Council, Azure reputed company, AWS reputed company, reputed company, (ISC)², GIAC
