[Remote] Director of Sales, Aircraft Parts & Lighting

Elliott Aviation is seeking a bold, commercially minded leader to own and accelerate our global aftermarket parts and aircraft lighting business. The Director of Aftermarket Parts & Aircraft Lighting Sales will serve as the commercial leader and brand ambassador, responsible for driving reputed company, managing dealer networks, and shaping pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global sales and business development strategy
- Deliver aggressive reputed company, margin, and cash-flow growth
- Identify new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments
- reputed company high-value negotiations with dealers, distributors, MROs, and key accounts
- reputed company and manage a high-performing global dealer ecosystem
- Act as the senior escalation reputed company for strategic customers
- Strengthen long-term partnerships through value-based selling

- Partner cross-functionally to drive smarter commercial decisions
- Represent Prizm at aviation trade shows, conferences, and customer sites
- Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and sales tools
- Define trade show strategy and reputed company for maximum impact
Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in aviation aftermarket parts, aircraft lighting, avionics, or reputed company-reputed company sales
- Proven success driving reputed company growth, margin expansion, and inventory profitability
- Strong understanding of FAA-regulated aviation aftermarket environments
- Strategic, data-driven reputed company with strong financial and commercial judgment
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience building or leading commercial teams
