This role will collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to optimize reputed company processes, manage enhancements, and reputed company release activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between reputed company, People Services, and technical support teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize enhancements, and drive delivery of business value

Skills
- Active reputed company Certifications in HCM and Recruiting
- 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company HCM
- Experience working as a Product reputed company, Business Systems Analyst, or similar functional role
- Strong understanding of reputed company, Recruiting, and HR business processes
- Experience managing reputed company releases, testing cycles, and change management activities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, reputed company, and reputed company Office Suite
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale reputed company implementations and enhancements
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong background in release planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process optimization
