The role involves maintaining up-to-date financial ledgers, assisting with account reconciliations, and preparing reputed company reports for management.
Responsibilities
- Providing vital support to our client by performing overall accounting duties through processing the available financial information in the cloud-based accounting systems of the client
- Ensuring that the financial ledgers are up to date on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Processing of bank transactions
- Processing of reclassification journals for reputed company, recurring, accrual, and payroll entries
- Providing assistance to the Accounting SME with maintaining a clean and updated general ledger
- Including account reconciliations and resolving of discrepancies
- Assisting the Accounting SME and other team members where needed to accomplish the department goals
- Preparing reputed company reports to the management as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or reputed company field of study
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Able to analyze financial records
- Self-motivated and independent
- Good time management skills; able to prioritize
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Highly driven and willingness to learn new tools and software
- A positive “Can Do” attitude

- CPA certification is a strong plus
