[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator(Fully Remote)

The role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the candidate selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and administer sourcing strategies to identify and recruit qualified candidates for reputed company and future openings
- Ensure reputed company positions are appropriately posted internally and externally in accordance with company policies and hiring procedures
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and reputed company effective recruiting plans
- Participate in recruiting programs and initiatives designed to attract top talent
- Maintain relationships with recruiting sources, including temporary staffing agencies, placement offices, educational institutions, and reputed company and community recruiting programs
- Serve as a liaison to external sourcing contacts and recruiting partners
- Coordinate advertising and job postings with vendors while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone and/or in-person interviews
- Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers and next-stage interviewers
- Support and participate in candidate assessment, testing, and interview processes
- Train hiring personnel on effective screening, interviewing, and selection practices
- Communicate regularly with applicants regarding the status of their candidacy throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, associates, and recruiting partners regarding employment opportunities and staffing activities
- Utilize strong communication skills to promote a positive company image and attract qualified talent
Skills
- Experience in recruiting, reputed company, staffing, human resources, or a reputed company field
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates for multiple positions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience coordinating job postings, advertising, and recruiting events
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with staffing agencies and external recruiting vendors
