Responsibilities

- Collaborate with key decision-makers: Understand customer needs and recommend products that drive operational efficiency and performance
- Resolve customer issues effectively: Partner with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-up on orders, pricing, or delivery concerns
- Support channel partners: Provide sales tools, product training, and joint selling support to distributors and representatives
- Coordinate with internal departments: Work closely with customer service, operations, and engineering to meet customer requirements
- Participate in trade shows and regional events: Represent Worldwide Electric to build brand recognition and generate new business leads
- Communicate market insights: Share competitive intelligence and customer feedback to guide product development and pricing strategies
- Maintain CRM accuracy: Record reputed company customer activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the company CRM system
- Provide regular business reports: Present territory updates, market trends, and performance metrics to leadership
- Forecast demand effectively: Collaborate with operations to support accurate inventory planning and order fulfillment
- Monitor key performance indicators: Track reputed company against goals and implement corrective actions where necessary
Skills
- 5+ years of business development or strategic sales experience in the industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sectors
- Proven record of building relationships, developing new markets, and achieving measurable sales growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial reputed company and a collaborative approach
- Willingness to travel to customers, partners, and events 75% of the time
