[Remote] Business Analyst - Process Automation - Remote

They are seeking a Business Analyst for Process Automation who will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise process automation strategies, managing software development lifecycles, and collaborating with business leaders to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and design efficient automated solutions or interfaces and workflows to meet business requirements
• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the process automation platform
• Manage the software development lifecycle of the process automation platform
• Responsible for the design and implementation of workflows based on best practices
• Act as first line of support to troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause
• Engage with system users and developers to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs and formulate recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Create quality BRDs and project documentation to clearly identify business needs and expectations and use cases for thorough testing
• Adhere to big picture view of how various connected system designs should be consolidated or affected

Skills

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• reputed company professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent
• 2+ years of residential or commercial real estate required

• Resourceful with strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytic skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize assignments
• Able to work independently to resolve discrepancies, defects, incidents, or problems with an understanding of the business and system impacts

• Ability to translate business requirements to technical resources in supporting the project
• Experience with large-scale project implementations that cross multiple departments using project management techniques
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with management and other levels reputed company the organization

• Ability to gather and compile information and prepare reports
