They are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales & Market Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities that support the growth of their Regional Sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telephone reputed company to a large portfolio of existing, inactive, and underdeveloped customer accounts
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound business development activity, averaging 25–40 outbound calls and customer contacts per day
  • Maintain consistent customer engagement, targeting a minimum of 8–12 meaningful live customer conversations per week
  • Generate qualified sales leads and development opportunities that support territory growth objectives and Regional Account Manager success
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation, ensuring reputed company customer interactions, opportunity updates, and account intelligence are recorded daily

  • Continuously expand account penetration through proactive reputed company, market research, and opportunity identification

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, Food Science, or reputed company field preferred)
  • Three to five years of professional sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial experience
  • Experience in B2B sales environments required; food ingredients, specialty chemicals, nutraceuticals, or technical products strongly preferred
