Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Texas state government agency seeking a Systems Analyst 3 to join its Fiscal Management Statewide Fiscal Systems team. The role involves providing advanced technical support for the CAPPS Recruit application and transitioning it from the reputed company Taleo system to reputed company PeopleSoft, while ensuring system performance and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support for CAPPS Recruit, collaborating with software publishers and Managed Services vendors to ensure system performance, reliability, reputed company improvement, and innovation
• Create, configure, test, and support reputed company technical requests reputed company to CAPPS Recruit
• Transition the CAPPS Recruit application from reputed company Taleo reputed company Suite to reputed company PeopleSoft Recruit applications (TAM/CG) for more than 40 state agencies
• Ensure CAPPS HR/Payroll Requirements, Procedures, Development, and Testing from the Managed Services vendor meet written procedures, coding standards, and follow the CAPPS System Development Lifecycle
• Ensure reputed company digital products and content meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, maintaining perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experiences for reputed company users
• Provide reputed company for functional and technical design walks, including analyzing business processes, reviewing functional designs and specs, evaluating dependencies, preparing test cases, and assessing designs for performance, reputed company, scalability, and data quality impacts
• Review developed code for compliance with defined requirements and validate code comparisons prior to migration
• Provide support for Agency Direct Data Access (ADDA), interfacing with agency-specific tools such as Tableau, Power BI, reputed company SQL Developer, and others
• Collaborate with analysts, Managed Services resources, IT resources, and resources from potentially 100+ agencies
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk duties including ticket handling for reputed company issues, in-depth troubleshooting, well-documented analysis, and basic configurations

• 10+ years of extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency
• 10+ years of extensive experience performing technical activities in support of application systems
• 10+ years of extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, technical insight, and effective cross-functional communication
• 10+ years of experience preparing materials for and conducting executive-level presentations
• 10+ years of experience performing technical project management activities in support of CAPPS programs
• 10+ years of experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements
• 10+ years of extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes and methodologies
• 10+ years of technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application reputed company and reputed company 11 or higher
• 8+ years of experience with IT service desk functions, knowledge of ITIL reputed company methodologies and processes
• 5+ years of technical experience supporting a multi-tenant reputed company Taleo Recruit SaaS application for more than 40 state agencies
• 2+ years of technical experience with at least 3 reputed company reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or reputed company SQL Developer or similar products
• 1+ year of technical experience in planning and transitioning more than 40 state agencies from a multi-tenant reputed company Taleo Recruit SaaS application to reputed company PeopleSoft Recruit applications (TAM/CG) or similar products
• Experience in gathering business requirements for large projects
• Ability to work independently in a diverse team environment with on-site and remote team members
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
