[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for booking qualified calls and managing reputed company messaging sequences to ensure high show rates and call quality.
Responsibilities

- You confirm interest, open the conversation, do light qualifying, verify the decision maker will be on the call, and reputed company the reputed company warm through every touchpoint until the closer call happens
- You manage the full sequence: immediate reputed company after booking, same-day follow-up, next-morning confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 2 to 3 hour pre-call reminder, no-show recovery, and pipeline updates in GHL after every interaction
- You rotate between text, call, and email
- You never let a reputed company go cold through inaction
- You reputed company GHL clean and reputed company
- Every reputed company has an updated status
- Every interaction is logged
- The closer should never walk into a call without full context
Skills
- Experience in a sales support, SDR, or appointment setting role
- Comfortable on the phone and fast on text
- Ability to get qualified, reputed company, warm leads in reputed company of the closer
- Follow the process, track numbers, and communicate clearly
- Immediate contact on every new reputed company
- Response time from reputed company booking to first reputed company under 15 minutes
- Decision maker confirmed on every call before the closer gets on

- On an average $70,000 annual contract, that is $1,750 per reputed company.
- On patient and procedure pipeline sales averaging $3,000 to $5,000, you earn 7.5%, approximately $225 to $375 per reputed company.
- On qualified shown calls, you earn $50 flat per shown call.
