They are seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts, manage candidate experiences, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer administration, and pre-employment processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication and a positive experience for reputed company applicants
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer letters
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling, HR documentation, system access, equipment shipment, and new hire communications
  • Support offboarding processes, including employee documentation, equipment recovery, system access coordination, and personnel file maintenance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data reputed company across HR systems, personnel files, and reporting platforms
  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave programs, and employment-reputed company processes
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee status changes, leave administration, and HRIS maintenance, including updates and reporting reputed company systems such as reputed company
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data changes, auditing records, and partnering with accounting for processing
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required activities
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, procedures, forms, and employee resources
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, and operational processes, and support the implementation of process improvements
  • Coordinate employee equipment logistics, including onboarding shipments, returns, and inventory tracking
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance, IT, and other departments on cross-functional projects, audits, and operational initiatives
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure efficient execution of HR programs and processes across the organization

Skills

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years of HR experience with recruiting experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving reputed company
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Life Sciences, healthcare, or startup experience preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (reputed company experience preferred)
