[Remote] Senior Manager, Client Experience - Integrated Marketing

This role involves managing client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and driving growth for client accounts while ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by supporting the day-to-day activities of multiple accounts
- Leads projects to completion while adhering to best practices and cross functional solutions
- Utilizes experience and skills to engage in client interactions, strategic planning, account growth strategies and ensuring team’s adherence to best practices and performance standards
- Collaborate with project management team to reputed company and drive timelines, ensuring internal teams hit reputed company defined milestones
- reputed company reputed company to represent Unlock capabilities and services, and how to apply them to client’s needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company and execute marketing campaigns, digital strategies and other initiatives to support client objectives
- Manage clients’ budget and work with senior team members to understand reputed company goals and forecasting
- Manage client health dashboard and identify potential issues or barriers that may be putting work or client relationships at risk
- Oversees the growth and development of a junior account team member
- Maintain a basic understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory requirements that impact client business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or reputed company field
- 5+ years' experience in account management, client services or reputed company field
- Website (specifically WordPress) & SEO/SEM campaign management experience
- Healthcare and/or Behavioral Health industry experience a plus
- Strong client presentation & interpersonal team skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and exceed expectations
