The Director of the Retail Project Management Office is responsible for overseeing project management activities, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of reputed company software projects on time and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Identify and plan projects and programs to reputed company business objectives and reputed company project charters

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience in Utilities industry and 3 full lifecycle CIS or ERP implementations
- Proven success managing reputed company projects or programs in SaaS or tech environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Highly organized and able to wear multiple hats in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment; a driving force who manages toward clarity and solutions
- Self-starter, able to work independently on own initiative and as part of a team
- Successful track record in setting priorities, shaping processes, managing people and implementing technology
- Have a strong customer focus
