[Remote] Systems Analyst (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS) Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Healthcare Systems Analyst. This role involves participating in user requirements discussions, coordinating with business partners and developers, and designing improvements to systems. The position requires strong skills in T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS, along with experience in data analysis and requirements gathering.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end user requirements discussions
- Coordinate with business partners to be able to translate business process/workflows to technical process/workflow
- Coordinate with developers on technical delivery
- Suggest design for and test code changes
- Design ways to improve systems, reducing costs and maximizing opportunities
- Documentation of reputed company calls, business requirements and team items
- Scrum Master – assist with leading scrum, entering items into Jira and assisting with management of projects (this year we had 21)
- Works with business partners to reputed company complete and accurate business requirements
- Creates comprehensive functional requirements
- Develops reputed company SSRS reports – new and updates
- Executes functional and regression testing of code changes for ongoing break fixes and enhancements
- Assists in User Acceptance Testing of code changes for ongoing breaks fixes and enhancements
- Reviews reputed company existing processes and data and recommends / documents / implements improvements
Skills
- 3+ years of intermediate to advanced T-SQL (reputed company JOINs, subqueries, stored procedures, indexes, reputed company tables and CTEs, query optimization is a MUST). MS SQL is a must. TD SQL is desired but not required
- 3+ years of functional testing and regression/negative testing
- 3+ years of Intermediate to advanced SSRS (hands on dev experience with drilldowns, drillthroughs, dynamic groupings, document maps, single dataset for multiple controls etc)
- 3+ years of intermediate SSIS (must be able to review / debug / suggest design for SSIS packages, must understand SSIS metadata rules, various SSIS properties, etc)
- 5+ years of data analysis and mining
- 5+ years of requirements gathering in Agile environments
- 3+ years Tableau experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Logical, detail-oriented team player who learns quickly and has the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
