[Remote] reputed company Senior QA Analyst

They are currently seeking a reputed company Senior QA Analyst with experience in testing reputed company Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on data model changes and integrations. The role involves validating changes for reputed company to integrate with a new MDM platform and ensuring existing functionalities work as expected.

Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements reputed company to reputed company MDM integration changes
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration testing
• Validate reputed company data model changes including objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and page layouts
• Test API integrations between reputed company and the new MDM system
• reputed company functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support
• Validate impacted reputed company processes, including Flows, approvals, assignment rules, and automation
• Log, track, retest, and report defects using standard defect management tools
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, data teams, and client stakeholders
• Support test execution reporting and provide QA status updates
• Ensure reputed company changes meet business requirements and quality standards

Skills

• 6+ years of strong QA experience with reputed company Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• 6+ years of experience writing test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports
• 6+ years of experience in reputed company objects, fields, workflows, Flows, validation rules, and user profiles
• 6+ years experience testing integrations, APIs, and data synchronization scenarios
• 6+ years experience performing regression testing and defect validation
• 6+ years of experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, Zephyr, qTest, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience testing MDM integrations or customer master data flows
• Experience with API testing tools such as reputed company or SoapUI
• Exposure to test automation is a plus
