[Remote] Customer Service Representative II

This role involves managing customer orders, resolving supply chain issues, and driving process improvements while ensuring high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and resolve order-reputed company issues
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and internal teams
- Analyze supply chain and logistics issues and coordinate resolutions
- reputed company cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders
- Monitor order flow, transportation issues, inventory constraints, and delivery schedules

- Experience with order management and supply chain operations

- Knowledge of transportation, logistics, inventory, and customer order management processes
