[Remote] Senior VP, Executive Enterprise Operations

This role involves driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities

Skills
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, logistics, supply chain management, or site leadership reputed company a global distribution environment
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with program management and scheduling tools and techniques
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP and other enterprise platforms, with a proven ability to work closely with technology team
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
- 12+ years of experience in large, matrixed organizations, including experience leading a distributed sales force, supplier development functions, and/or procurement operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- Certification or experience with Lean, Six reputed company, or similar methodologies is strongly preferred
- Experience in electronics, distribution, supply chain management, or other high-volume distribution preferred
