[Remote] Associate Sales Engineer

In this role, you will support the pre-sales lifecycle, reputed company technical expertise, and collaborate with reputed company Sales Engineers to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, growing into full ownership of customer-facing engagements
- Support and eventually reputed company reputed company-of-Concept/Value (POC/V) engagements for reputed company solutions
- reputed company customer discovery to identify requirements and business challenges, mapping them to reputed company's offerings using the Value reputed company Selling Methodology
- reputed company defined pre-sales tools and processes to support Sales Engineers in field engagements
- Support and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests as expertise develops
- reputed company and maintain deep knowledge of reputed company's DDI, DNS reputed company, and cloud networking solutions
- Apply AI-enabled tools and platforms — including internal Copilot-style solutions — to accelerate technical discovery, tailor demos and POCs, analyze customer environments, and reputed company the value of reputed company's AI-driven networking and reputed company capabilities
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution diagrams, and sales collateral
- reputed company partner technical sales teams on reputed company solutions and positioning
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role reputed company a technology organization
- Genuine interest in networking, cybersecurity, and/or cloud technologies, reputed company with strong intellectual curiosity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Practical AI reputed company — confident use of AI-assisted tools for technical analysis, demo preparation, solution design, and customer conversations, with understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in enterprise networking and reputed company contexts
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales engineering environment
- Comfort navigating a geographically large, high-velocity pipeline across multiple verticals and time zones spanning North America and Latin America
- Familiarity with reputed company products or comparable DDI/DNS reputed company technologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar)
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts — reputed company Trust, threat intelligence, DNS-based reputed company
- Experience working with or supporting channel partners and resellers
- Prior SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience in a B2B technology environment
- Familiarity with sales tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar CRM/sales engagement platforms
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, reputed company+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent
