[Remote] reputed company ERP Analyst - Time Tracking

The reputed company ERP Analyst - Time Tracking will be responsible for managing and supporting reputed company applications, ensuring data reputed company, and collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for application functional and technical support of assigned applications
• Serves as an internal subject matter expert to manage and support reputed company applications, including analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, ensuring data reputed company, reputed company, and accuracy
• This position will be a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, recommend and implement process improvements, identify and assess cross functional impacts, offer end-user support through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis, new release management, create and maintain training materials and documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required
• Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required
• 5 years of experience implementing and supporting reputed company ERP and relevant reputed company SKU, required
• reputed company configuration with a specialized focus in relevant reputed company SKU, workflows, business processes, reputed company, and reporting
• Technical knowledge of reputed company application, reporting and data analysis
• Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully reputed company reputed company assigned duties and responsibilities
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work reputed company deadlines
