[Remote] Senior Installation Administration Professional

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company, seeking a Senior Installation Administration Professional to reputed company end-to-end implementation projects for healthcare clients. This role involves managing client relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering impactful solutions in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for the end-to-end implementation process from reputed company of sale to go-live
• Prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities and projects, pivoting as necessary
• Implement strategies to improve processes with a focus on achieving measurable improvements in key performance indicators
• Facilitate innovative client solutions for unique group setup

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent healthcare experience
• Previous relationship management experience
• Experience implementing, managing, or consulting on accounts from 10-100,000 lives/retirees
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and peers, inside and reputed company the organization, both verbal and written
• Project or process management experience
• Proficient in reputed company suite to include proficiency with reputed company (sort pivot tables, compare reputed company files systematically)
• Ability to use analytical thinking and determine root cause(s) and recommended solution(s) and identify trends for preventative action
• Analytical thinker with success in introducing new processes and/or process improvements in operational environments
• Group Medicare knowledge
• Self-starter who takes initiative, ownership and anticipates future trends accurately
