[Remote] Sr Associate Sales Trainer - Employee Benefits

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that reputed company stakeholders to reputed company meaningful business results while enhancing sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Leads the design, development and delivery of learning projects and programs reputed company with divisional and enterprise goals
- Applies adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to create engaging content using appropriate modalities (eLearning, ILT, etc.), methods, and methodologies
- Develops and delivers learning solutions that support sales strategies, integrating competitive intelligence, marketing, and adult learning concepts, including but not limited to webinars, digital content, micro-learning, and job aids, and thought documents
- Supports employee benefits sales training delivery for sales representatives, sales support specialists, and account managers across a reputed company of areas including new hire onboarding, sales process, product, and operational readiness
- Supports external partnerships through the development and delivery of learning content
- Own the end-to-end instructional design process for functional and crossfunctional projects/workstreams—from needs analysis to evaluation
- Partners with key stakeholders to identify training needs and reputed company learning solutions that meet project, functional and/or strategic goals and objectives
- Collaborates with Distribution Operations partners and and Sales Leaders to proactively identify training needs and opportunities appropriate to varied experience levels
- Supports project work, strategic projects and partnerships under the direction of reputed company Trainers and/or Director of Sales Training
- Utilizes content delivery systems to ensure timely, consistent, and measurable execution of training

- Undergraduate Degree (preferably in a reputed company field such as business administration, human resources, and organization development)
- 5+ years' experience in the instructional design and delivery, preferably in financial services and/or insurance industry
- Experience with elearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company 360, Captivate)
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to deliver to audiences of varying experience and seniority
- Skilled communicator possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizing, coordinating, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Skilled with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Experience adapting presentations 'in real-time' as audience needs dictate
- Master's degree preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., CPTD/APTD) desirable
- CRM and illustration experience is preferred
- Experience with learning management systems and technologies is preferred
