This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that reputed company stakeholders to reputed company meaningful business results while enhancing sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, development and delivery of learning projects and programs reputed company with divisional and enterprise goals
  • Applies adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to create engaging content using appropriate modalities (eLearning, ILT, etc.), methods, and methodologies
  • Develops and delivers learning solutions that support sales strategies, integrating competitive intelligence, marketing, and adult learning concepts, including but not limited to webinars, digital content, micro-learning, and job aids, and thought documents
  • Supports employee benefits sales training delivery for sales representatives, sales support specialists, and account managers across a reputed company of areas including new hire onboarding, sales process, product, and operational readiness
  • Supports external partnerships through the development and delivery of learning content
  • Own the end-to-end instructional design process for functional and crossfunctional projects/workstreams—from needs analysis to evaluation
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify training needs and reputed company learning solutions that meet project, functional and/or strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborates with Distribution Operations partners and and Sales Leaders to proactively identify training needs and opportunities appropriate to varied experience levels
  • Supports project work, strategic projects and partnerships under the direction of reputed company Trainers and/or Director of Sales Training
  • Utilizes content delivery systems to ensure timely, consistent, and measurable execution of training

  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in a reputed company field such as business administration, human resources, and organization development)
  • 5+ years' experience in the instructional design and delivery, preferably in financial services and/or insurance industry
  • Experience with elearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company 360, Captivate)
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to deliver to audiences of varying experience and seniority
  • Skilled communicator possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organizing, coordinating, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
  • Experience adapting presentations 'in real-time' as audience needs dictate
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CPTD/APTD) desirable
  • CRM and illustration experience is preferred
  • Experience with learning management systems and technologies is preferred
