The Director of Market Research will reputed company projects and teams, engage in business development, and be the main reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring impactful insights are delivered through innovative research techniques.
Responsibilities

- Run a management team with responsibilities involving conducting appraisals, pay reviews, monitoring of performance, personal development, training of staff, recruitment and developing and implementing internal company procedures
- Engage in business development and sales initiatives
- Write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside VPs and operations
- Involvement in reputed company and assessing potential new staff
Skills
- At least 7 years of experience with qualitative custom primary market research projects
- Experience in the life sciences sector
- Extensive expertise in qualitative market research methodologies, including advanced moderation techniques, delivering actionable insights across diverse markets
- Proven ability to mentor and reputed company both junior and senior team members, fostering deep expertise in qualitative research practices and pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Highly skilled in moderating in-depth interviews and focus groups, both reputed company telephone and in-person, ensuring rich, meaningful data collection and analysis
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
- Proven project supervision skills
- Appreciation of marketing/client-reputed company issues, knowledge and understanding of client issues
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
