[Remote] Account Director

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. The Account Director will provide strategic leadership in developing and leading interactive marketing plans for clients, while maintaining relationships and addressing their needs to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans to clients
• Counsels clients on effective marketing strategy based on research and best practices to meet the clients’ needs and objectives
• Ultimately accountable to the senior level client, provides advice and maintains relationships addressing concerns or needs and develops additional opportunities
• Provides clients with research, analytical metrics and strategic insight to reputed company and present effective solutions
• Oversees and leads the development of the entire campaign and project plans
• Oversees the delivery and financial impact on budget, reputed company goals and objectives with the client
• Researches, develops and collaborates with other Account Directors, reputed company departments and agency partners to continuously reputed company the integrated solutions offering from reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
• Approx. 8-12 years of reputed company experience: client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience required
• Expertise in digital, media and technology marketing and advertising
• Proven results with managing creative concept to delivery
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills (guiding a large team and multiple clients); Responsible for account staff team development
• Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations
• Proven ability to manage teams of people in cross functional roles across the organization

• Creative thinker with analytical skills
