Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for HR and Talent use cases, including intelligent workflow automations, employee-facing chatbots, document processing solutions, and decision-support systems
• Identify opportunities to improve manual or repetitive HR workflows through scalable AI/ML-driven automation solutions
• reputed company integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems including reputed company, ATS platforms, reputed company Ticketing, and other internal tools ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
• Partner directly with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, run pilots, and drive successful adoption
• Continuously monitor and improve deployed tools based on user feedback, operational metrics, and evolving business needs
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational reputed company materials to support long-term maintainability and scalability
• Help establish best practices for AI-enabled People Technology solutions, including governance, usability, and operational efficiency

Skills

• 6–10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, enterprise automation, or HR technology environments
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern development languages used in automation and AI development
• Hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications using LLM technologies such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Experience with reputed company engineering, AI workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms
• Familiarity with automation and integration tools such as Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, or custom-built workflow frameworks
