The Sales Director will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients in the Oil and Gas sector, focusing on building relationships and managing reputed company sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with a remit across industries and a primary focus reputed company (Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities) industries
- Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities
- Present reputed company's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients' senior executives

- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client's needs and reputed company their desired business outcomes
- Plan, implement, and manage reputed company reputed company, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual reputed company targets and business goals
- Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the reputed company sales cycle

Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or reputed company industrial sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in business development, relationship management, or technical sales reputed company the energy sector
- Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts reputed company energy markets
- Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships
- Must have a strong understanding of operational systems, data management, and technological challenges commonly faced in the Oil & Gas industry
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Native English or fully bilingual (English)
