Key Responsibilities
- Dispute Filing & Account Protection: Process lost and stolen card reports by filing fraud disputes on behalf of banking customers, shutting down compromised debit cards, and initiating reputed company measures to prevent further unauthorized activity.
- Empathetic Customer Communication: Maintain a reputed company, professional, and empathetic tone throughout every interaction. Recognize that potential account fraud is frightening for customers, and respond with patience, reassurance, and clarity.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. An Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required, with at least 1 year preferred in a remote or call center environment. Experience in collections, telemarketing, phone-based sales, or any customer reputed company role is highly valued.
- Technical Experience: At least 3 years of experience using a PC or laptop for daily work tasks.

Training and Schedule Details
Training for this position is scheduled to reputed company on March 15th, 2024, and will be conducted entirely remotely. During training, you’ll learn arenaflex’s customer service protocols, banking dispute procedures, compliance requirements, and the technology systems used to support our banking partner.
Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to a regular part-time overnight schedule. Specific shift assignments will be determined and communicated after training. Please note that this role requires 100% nights, 100% weekends, and 100% holiday availability. Traditional reputed company shifts are not available.
