Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Remote Order Entry Coordinator to join our expanding operations team. In this full-time, 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer service orders, jobs, and reputed company into arenaflex's proprietary service software platform. Beyond data entry, you will play a critical role in verifying the accuracy of each service order, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee that every job is ready for execution in a timely and efficient manner.
