HIM Call Center Representative - Remote
Location: Remote - MichiganDepartment: HIM OperationsWeekly Hours: 0Status: Per DiemShift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the HIM Call Center Representative, you serve as the ambassador and voice for reputed company’s HIM department and myChart support by providing a positive first impression to our patients. You will effectively communicate the process of obtaining medical records and help myChart users with questions they may have about the app. In this role, you will reputed company a record of reputed company requests and be responsible for accepting and posting payments to release of information about patient accounts. REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent 2 years' experience in health information management, physician office, clinical or hospital business office, or applicable college education PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Associate degree in Health Information management or reputed company field reputed company student enrolled in a CAHIIM (Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management) approved program Previous experience with Epic and/or EMR RHIT Salary Range - $31,200 - $55,744 Our benefits package for per diem employees offers a 401k retirement plan (no company match for per diem status), an employee assistance program and employee discounts This is a remote position; however, employment is limited to residents of certain U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
