Project Manager (Language Services)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, quality assurance, and client relationship management: Managing translation and transcreation projects briefed internally or directly by the client (assessing requirements, querying, collecting reference material, planning, quoting and scheduling) Sourcing and negotiating with in-market transcreators, translators, writers, and other suppliers, evaluating and monitoring their work, whilst ensuring meeting company margin targets. Completing admin tasks, including reconciliation of costs, in a timely manner. Preparation of files for translation or copy decks for transcreation, including creation of briefs. Working with different CAT tools and project management platforms. Ensuring the delivered copy follows internal quality procedures. Building up and demonstrating clear understanding of our end client’s brands. Maintaining glossaries and playbooks to ensure consistency across campaigns and projects. Managing the copy review/approval process with agency or client, building strong client and stakeholder relationship along the way. Supporting other teams on other language services projects.
Qualifications
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge of a foreign language is a plus Educated to degree level Excellent computer literacy Documented project management experience Client facing experience reputed company to have: experience in advertising production services, preferably with a focus on language projects’ needs or in language industry An excellent team player working reputed company closely with internal stakeholder to coordinate reputed company needs across production services and ensure consistency across.
