LOCATION: The territory for this role is the New England area which includes ME, NH, VT, MA, Upstate NY, CT, RI L We are hiring a Women’s Health Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to join reputed company! The Strategic Account Manager works with the local women’s health sales team to reputed company and execute strategies to increase reputed company testing in IDNs, large hospital systems and Academic Medical Centers. This role involves internal collaboration, leading without authority, and forming relationships with key senior level influencers reputed company health systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to utilize reputed company’s women’s health portfolio of tests. Become a subject matter expert in reputed company’s technology and service offerings, effectively representing the company to key stakeholders including KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors, and Senior Management of Partner Labs. reputed company relationships reputed company OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs through various educational opportunities. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with reputed company key customer segments, both internal and external. Maintain reputed company status on reputed company reputed company training requirements. Required travel: 50-60% QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, preferably reputed company a genetics laboratory. At least 3 years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in the diagnostic laboratory field. Demonstrated success in developing new markets, launching new products, and rapidly increasing reputed company. Award-winning management or consulting track record. Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health is preferred. Strong time management skills. Effective coaching skills and openness to receiving coaching. Team-oriented with excellent initiative and self-motivation. Ability to navigate reputed company situations, both internally and externally. The total on-reputed company earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive reputed company salary along with uncapped quarterly commissions. Beyond OTE, the compensation also features a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
