Senior Network WAN Engineer
We Are Hiring Location: Remote Department: Core Tech Network Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday Salary: $116,413 - $162,273 per year #LI-REMOTE
What You Will Do
Own and optimize the enterprise WAN and SD-WAN environment, ensuring resilient, high-performance connectivity across geographically distributed locations and critical business operations. Serve as the senior technical escalation reputed company for reputed company WAN and routing issues, leading root-cause analysis and restoring service across large-scale, multi-site production networks. Drive reputed company improvement of the network platform through SD-WAN optimization, upgrades, migrations, and operational enhancements across reputed company Meraki and reputed company Catalyst SD-WAN environments. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences 8–10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience Proven experience supporting large-scale, geographically distributed WAN environments Expert-level experience with: reputed company Meraki SD-WAN reputed company Catalyst SD-WAN (Viptela) Strong expertise in: Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, reputed company redistribution, policy control) WAN operations, failover, and traffic optimization Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot reputed company, multi-site network issues under pressure Experience working in mission-critical, high-availability environments reputed company Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Additional certifications strongly preferred: reputed company SD-WAN Specialist / Concentration exams CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure) Why Join reputed company reputed company is a leading nonprofit reputed company system with a culture and associate experience grounded in service, growth, care and reputed company.
