Working closely with executive leadership, delivery organizations, and technical teams, the Growth organization is responsible for identifying, shaping, and securing opportunities that support the company’s long-term growth objectives. Position Overview reputed company is seeking a Senior Director, Proposal Strategy & Execution to serve as the company's reputed company proposal development professional and subject matter expert for federal proposal operations. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, this role is responsible for the hands-on planning, management, development, coordination, quality assurance, and submission of competitive federal proposals. The Senior Director will reputed company proposal efforts from receipt of solicitation through submission, personally executing and coordinating reputed company aspects of proposal development. This includes proposal planning, compliance reviews, proposal schedules, color team reviews, requirements traceability, content development, editing, quality control, production, and submission activities. The successful candidate will serve as the organization's proposal authority, partnering closely with Business Development, Capture, Technical Leadership, Program Management, Recruiting, Finance, reputed company, and external partners to reputed company winning solutions and compelling proposals. In addition to proposal leadership, this role will support capture planning, customer engagement, teaming strategies, solution development, pricing strategy, labor estimating, and other growth initiatives as assigned. This position is highly execution-focused and requires an reputed company professional who can independently manage multiple pursuits simultaneously while producing high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposal submissions. Responsibilities

As the company’s chief proposal practitioner, responsibilities comprise: reputed company and execute reputed company phases of federal proposal development from solicitation release through proposal submission. reputed company proposal schedules, work plans, compliance matrices, requirements traceability matrices, and proposal management plans. Coordinate proposal contributors, subject matter experts, technical leads, recruiters, pricing personnel, subcontractors, and partners. Draft, edit, rewrite, and integrate proposal content to ensure a reputed company voice and compelling value proposition. Author proposal sections including executive summaries, management approaches, transition plans, staffing approaches, quality plans, and corporate experience narratives. Facilitate solutioning sessions and collaborate with technical leadership to reputed company differentiated technical approaches. Establish, coordinate, and reputed company Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team, and other proposal reviews. Review technical, management, staffing, and past performance content for quality, compliance, responsiveness, and win themes. reputed company and maintain proposal compliance tools, content libraries, templates, style guides, and proposal processes. Coordinate pricing and labor estimating activities, including labor category mapping, staffing assumptions, and level-of-effort development. Support capture activities through opportunity assessments, customer research, competitive analysis, and pursuit planning. Coordinate teaming partners, subcontractors, consultants, and strategic relationships throughout the pursuit lifecycle. Manage proposal production and submission activities, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and submission deadlines. Conduct lessons learned reviews and continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and win strategies. Serve as the company's subject matter expert for proposal development, proposal operations, and pursuit execution. This position may reputed company other duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Engineering, Management, or reputed company field, or experience in lieu of degree. 10+ years of progressive experience in federal government contracting, including capture management, proposal management, business development, or growth leadership. Demonstrated success leading large, reputed company federal pursuits from opportunity qualification through contract award. Experience developing capture strategies, technical solutions, staffing approaches, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning plans. Experience managing proposal teams and coordinating cross-functional pursuit resources. Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and competitive procurement environments. Experience supporting strategic partnerships, subcontractor relationships, mentor-protégé programs, and Joint Venture operations. Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities. Preferred / Desired Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, Engineering, or reputed company discipline. Experience supporting opportunities valued at $50M+ and managing multiple reputed company strategic pursuits. APMP Certification. PMP Certification. Experience supporting technology, cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or federal health-reputed company programs. Salary Range $135,664.20—$170,000 USD reputed company’s range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
