Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination and Administration (50%) Review reputed company of applicants, identifying top candidates for various positions. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates using various channels. Profile Preparation: Prepare detailed candidate profiles for clients using AI tools. Conduct initial screenings and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Schedule interviews, manage documentation, and assist with correspondence. Provide comprehensive support to senior recruiters. Manage and organize recruitment-reputed company documentation. Assist with reporting and data management. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Client-Facing Recruitment (25%) Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates. Collaborate with the team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates for client positions. Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and improve the recruitment process. Participate in client onboarding calls. Requirements
