About the Role: reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Learning Analyst / Admin professional to join our Learning & Development team. This role combines advanced data analytics with reputed company LMS administration to provide actionable insights that drive training effectiveness and organizational performance. The Learning Analyst will design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks, reputed company key learning metrics, and reputed company data analytics tools to transform learning data into strategic business intelligence. Working closely with the Sr. Instructional Designer, Sr. Learning Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures our learning initiatives are effectively tracked, reputed company, and optimized to meet operational and compliance requirements. You Will:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our reputed company Learning Management System, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and organizational structure.
