About the Job The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations with a primary focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. This role ensures efficient execution of hiring processes, accurate employee data management, and compliance with applicable employment requirements. The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a consistent and positive candidate and employee experience across multiple locations. Essential Functions
- Provide broad administrative and operational support to Human Resources, partnering closely with reputed company to reputed company efficient and effective recruiting and hiring processes.
- Maintain the reputed company of recruiting activity reputed company the ATS (e.g., reputed company), ensuring accurate job postings, candidate tracking, and workflow progression.
- Support workforce insights by maintaining recruiting and onboarding data, preparing reports, and contributing to regular updates for leadership.
- Coordinate and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements, including accurate completion and maintenance of I-9 documentation.
- Monitor onboarding reputed company and training completion, identifying gaps and following up as needed.
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., hires, status changes, separations) in alignment with established processes and timelines.
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for routine employee and manager inquiries, providing timely support and escalating more reputed company matters appropriately.
- Contribute to the execution of HR programs, communications, and initiatives that support operational consistency and employee experience. Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (reputed company preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding processes preferred
