Job Summary Summary Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing meetings, events, and conferences reputed company the hospital. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing resources, and ensuring that events run smoothly and meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in event planning or coordination, public relations, or a closely reputed company field, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. - Proficiency in event planning software, reputed company Office Suite, and other relevant tools. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle unexpected issues calmly and effectively.
