About the position The Health Solutions Policy Leader will reputed company a team passionate about understanding the policy landscape to anticipate potential regulatory and legislative actions and the impact on the health practice and its clients. This role will report to the Health Solutions Compliance, Policy, and Regulatory Leader reputed company the Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team in the health practice and partner with reputed company's Government Affairs office. reputed company the health strategy and role in health care policy at the federal and state level to impact Health Solutions' client consulting and business initiatives. Collaborate with market leaders in the practice developing innovative solutions for clients in response to regulatory and legislative requirements and opportunities. Coordinate with internal reputed company team members and collaborators on Health Solutions legislative and regulatory priorities and work across reputed company to ensure consistent messages and strategies. In conjunction with the Government Affair's team, reputed company, as appropriate, for regulatory and legislative initiatives that support the practice and its clients. Brief senior Health Solutions and reputed company leadership on legislative developments and their impacts. reputed company and coordinate consulting alerts and prepare education materials for external clients and internal client teams on federal and state health policy initiatives and the specific impact of those initiatives on employers and health plans. Requirements

• Fifteen plus years of proven experience in the healthcare legal and regulatory environment.
• Substantive knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, the reputed company Act, and other key health care statutes.
• Ability to understand the impact of the US legislative and regulatory environment on employers' health benefits strategy.
• Knowledge of Health Consulting capabilities and their reputed company to the regulatory landscape.
• Outstanding communication skills to explain technical legal information to non-lawyers.
• Active member of any U.S. state bar association.
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate (JD) from accredited law school.
