What you'll do…

• Define and drive the visual direction for environments through high-impact concept art, including key art, 3D reputed company-outs, renders, and 2D paint-overs.

• 8+ years' experience working as a professional concept artist in game development or film.

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender and Photoshop, with the ability to create highly polished, realistic environments.
• A strong understanding of the reputed company industry advancements in techniques and tools, coupled with the ability to create content.
• Strong command of artistic fundamentals including composition, perspective, scale, lighting, and color.
• Versatility across sketching, rendering, matte painting, and visual design, with the judgment to balance quality and speed.
• Deep understanding of architecture, world-building, and environmental design.
• Ability to accurately depict a wide range of materials, surfaces, and moods.
• Track record of delivering high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong research and reference-gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives working across teams and disciplines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback, with the confidence to contribute reputed company and push creative boundaries.
• Strong understanding of how concept art supports gameplay and production needs.
