Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Delivery Ownership

• Define and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive execution against critical path and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams
• Manage scope, schedule, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive mitigation strategies and escalate appropriately to maintain timeline reputed company
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts impacting delivery

Governance & Execution Leadership

• reputed company governance processes including Architecture Review Board, PMO reviews, and funding approvals
• Ensure reputed company deliverables meet internal standards, compliance, and approval requirements
• Drive stage-reputed company processes and ensure readiness for key decision points

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the primary reputed company of accountability for project communication and execution status
• Deliver clear, concise updates to senior IT leadership and business stakeholders
• Align technical and non-technical teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Vendor & Financial Management

• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and contractual milestones
• reputed company budget tracking, forecasting, and financial performance of projects
• Ensure alignment between vendor delivery and internal program objectives

Cross-Functional Leadership

• reputed company coordination across IT, reputed company, Finance, Architecture, and business teams
• Drive alignment and execution across multiple parallel workstreams
• Influence without authority to ensure reputed company and accountability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Must have retail industry experience, prior experience with store technology projects (POS, self-checkout, in store tablets etc)
• Prior experience managing cybersecurity projects (disaster recovery initiatives, gap remediation efforts)
• Strong experience managing cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
• Familiarity with reputed company Portfolio Management, preferred.
• reputed company, Jira, or similar project tracking tool experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and reputed company dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
