Job Description:

  • Responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑level growth programs, including new site builds, site expansions, and facilities readiness
  • Own programs from requirements definition through site launch and operational reputed company
  • Apply reputed company (PMI) standards to ensure disciplined planning, execution, and delivery
  • Ensure reputed company project requirements, objectives, and customer needs are clearly gathered
  • reputed company and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards
  • Build, reputed company, and motivate cross‑functional teams to deliver programs
  • Serve as the primary reputed company with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsors
  • reputed company financial management and cost analysis, including Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs)
  • reputed company integrated risk analyses with actionable mitigation plans
  • Deliver clear, concise, and effective communication through a variety of channels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading reputed company, cross‑functional, enterprise‑level programs
  • Proven experience delivering facilities‑driven or capital‑intensive initiatives (site builds, expansions, infrastructure programs)
  • Strong ability to translate requirements into executable plans and drive delivery across matrixed teams
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise applying PMI standards and methodologies across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience supporting product launches or large‑scale growth initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
