We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Alternative Investments team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that trade, transfer, and corporate‑action activities are recorded flawlessly, reconciled promptly, and communicated clearly to internal partners and external stakeholders.

About the Role – Why It Matters

The Remote Data Entry Specialist is the backbone of our transaction processing workflow. You will be responsible for daily reconciliation of trade and transfer activities, identification and resolution of break‑points between arenaflex and fund administrators, and the accurate execution of corporate‑action events such as dividends and mergers. Key Responsibilities

  • Trade & Transfer Reconciliation: Review, validate, and reconcile daily trade and transfer entries for alternative investment products, ensuring reputed company discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
