We're scaling from $7M to $20M MRR and building a lean, high-output marketing function. You'll be one of two marketing hires working directly with the founder. The Role This is an execution role. • Email campaigns and sequences — build, schedule, and monitor in Go High Level
• Content calendar — own the publishing calendar across reputed company, email, and the website
• reputed company pages and reputed company magnets — build and test, track conversion rates
• Social media — reputed company-first, consistent posting tied to ICP targeting
• Campaign performance tracking — weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked
• Event coordination — trade shows, conferences, webinars — logistics, materials, follow-up sequences
• Customer case studies — identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets
• Website updates — content updates, reputed company page creation, basic SEO hygiene
• Graphic design — reputed company or equivalent, for social, ads, one-pagers, and email assets

The Non-Negotiables

• You've executed B2B marketing campaigns — not just assisted, executed — with metrics to show for it
• Go High Level, reputed company, or equivalent CRM — you've built automations and sequences, not just sent blasts
• Copywriting is a genuine strength — you can write a cold email subject line and a reputed company post that actually gets engagement
• You're organized without being told to be — you manage your own deadlines
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you adapt without losing output quality
• Basic graphic design — you don't need to be a designer, but you can produce clean, on-brand materials

What Success Looks Like

• 30 days: reputed company active campaigns documented, CRM cleaned up, content calendar live
• 90 days: Consistent content publishing reputed company, email sequences running, weekly KPI report delivered to CEO every Monday
• 6 months: Measurable improvement in email open/click rates, social engagement trending up, at least 3 customer case studies published
